About me

From an early age, my professional path has been closely connected to animals and their well-being. This led me to study Veterinary Medicine and later pursue a PhD in Animal Health, where I developed a strong interest in how disease dynamics and environmental factors shape health across species.

Experience

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I realised that scientific knowledge only creates real impact when it is clearly communicated. Alongside research, I developed extensive experience in transforming complex scientific information into accessible, structured and evidence-based content across animal, environmental and public health contexts.

Roles

Research background

After completing my veterinary studies, I worked in animal health research, specialising in parasitic and infectious diseases, particularly the role of mosquitoes and other vectors in animal and human health.

Applied health and industry experience

I later joined the environmental health sector, where I apply a holistic, interdisciplinary perspective to develop technical content and communication materials that connect research with real-world health practice.
